This Cookie Policy explains how Access Fund Management, LLC ("Access Fund Management," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, browser storage, pixels, and similar technologies on accessfund.vc and related Access Fund pages and forms (collectively, the "Services"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What These Technologies Are

Pixels and similar technologies can record when a page, document, or message is requested. We refer to these technologies collectively as "cookies and similar technologies."

These technologies support security, requested access, consent records, and essential functions. They are used regardless of your analytics choice because the Services cannot provide the associated function without them.

Access links and access cookies are not a substitute for protecting confidential information. Do not share an access link or use it on a device you do not trust.
Analytics technologies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics on public routes where cookie controls are available to understand how visitors use the Services, measure campaign and page performance, and improve site content and navigation. Google Analytics may collect device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, campaign information, and interaction events. Where form analytics are enabled, interaction events may describe form steps, field names, validation errors, time spent, and campaign source. Submitted field values, including intended investment amounts, are not sent to Google Analytics.

Cookie names and durations may change when Google updates its services or when browser settings shorten their lifetime. Google may process analytics information under its own terms and privacy disclosures.
Google Analytics is optional. It loads only on public routes where cookie controls are available and only after measurement consent has been recorded. It does not load on gated deal rooms, invitation pages, shared documents, or focused first-party form routes. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the public website, submitting a form, or viewing materials you are otherwise authorized to access.
Recipient, message, and document activity
Access Fund may use first-party pixel URLs, tagged links, unique document links, or similar technologies to record that a particular message, page, or shared document was opened or requested. The event may be associated with a recipient or access-link identifier and may include a tag, IP address, user agent, referring URL, and timestamp.
We use this information to deliver requested materials, understand engagement, follow up on investor communications, secure access, and maintain relationship and access records. This activity is not controlled by the Google Analytics preference because it relates to a communication or document delivered to an identified or intended recipient rather than general public-site audience measurement. You can usually prevent an email pixel from loading by disabling remote images in your email client, although opening a tagged link or shared document may still create an access event.
Third-party content and services
The Services may embed or link to third-party services, including Typeform, DocSend, YouTube, AngelList, and scheduling providers. A third party may set its own cookies or collect technical and interaction information when you load or interact with its content. Where a third-party service is necessary to provide a form, document, video, scheduling tool, or subscription workflow you request, its own privacy and cookie terms apply.
Access Fund does not control third-party cookie names or retention periods. You should review the privacy and cookie notices of the service you choose to use.
3. Your Choices
Cookie controls
On public pages that offer cookie controls, you may accept or decline analytics. After making a choice, use the Cookie preferences control to review or change it. You may also clear cookies and site data in your browser.
Withdrawing consent affects future analytics collection. It does not require deletion of information already processed before withdrawal, although you may submit an applicable privacy request as described in our Privacy Policy.
Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking strictly necessary cookies or clearing browser storage may cause you to lose saved form progress, cookie preferences, or access to gated materials.
