Access Fund Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 20, 2026
Last updated: July 20, 2026

Access Fund Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Access Fund Management," "we," "us," or "our"), operates accessfund.vc and related Access Fund websites, forms, investor communications, document-sharing pages, and online services (collectively, the "Services"). Access Fund Management serves as an investment manager and exempt reporting adviser. Access Fund Group LLC acts as the general partner of certain Access Fund investment vehicles. In this Privacy Policy, "Access Fund" also includes affiliated entities when they receive or process personal information for the purposes described below.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Services, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you. It applies to website visitors, prospective and current investors, recipients of Access Fund communications, and people who request information or access investment materials.

This Privacy Policy does not replace any fund-specific privacy notice, subscription agreement, private placement memorandum, limited partnership agreement, platform notice, or other notice provided in connection with a particular investment. If a fund-specific notice applies to the same information, that notice will govern to the extent of a conflict.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.

Information you provide

We may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, country, and LinkedIn profile or other professional profile.
  • Investor profile information, such as whether you identify as an accredited investor, investor type, investment experience, areas of interest, typical investment range, intended investment amount, investment timing, and related preferences.
  • Organization information, such as your employer, title, investment entity, institution, family office, fund, or advisory firm.
  • Requests and communications, including questions, notes, feedback, requests for introductions, requests for access to documents, and messages you send to us.
  • Confidentiality and access information, such as your email address, access key, acknowledgment of confidentiality obligations, and the date and status of an access or acknowledgment event.
  • Form and scheduling information, including information entered into our forms or submitted when requesting a deck, scheduling a call, joining an investor list, requesting an invitation, or reporting an expired link.
  • Subscription and investment information. When you choose to subscribe to an investment, the applicable fund administrator, special purpose vehicle manager, or other offering party may collect identity, accreditation, know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, tax, banking, payment, and subscription information. Access Fund does not collect payment-card or bank-account credentials through accessfund.vc unless a particular form expressly states otherwise.

Please do not send sensitive identity, financial, tax, accreditation, or payment documents to Access Fund by email or through a general website form unless we specifically request them through an identified secure process.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we or our service providers may collect:

  • IP address;
  • browser type, device type, operating system, and user-agent information;
  • referring page or URL;
  • pages or documents requested, timestamps, and access status;
  • form progress and interaction events;
  • campaign, referral, and UTM parameters;
  • document-link and email-open events associated with an intended recipient or access link;
  • access-key validation and confidentiality-acknowledgment status; and
  • analytics information, if you have consented to analytics where consent is requested.

Information submitted through Access Fund forms may be processed and stored in Sparrow CRM, Access Fund's internal relationship-management system.

Our forms may temporarily store an in-progress draft in your browser for up to 24 hours so that you can continue the form. We also use a first-party access cookie for up to 30 days to remember access to gated materials or a confidentiality acknowledgment. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from:

  • fund administrators and investment platforms, including AngelList;
  • portfolio companies, co-investors, sponsors, advisers, and other offering participants;
  • referral sources and people who introduce you to us;
  • public and professional sources, such as company websites and LinkedIn;
  • service providers that support forms, document delivery, scheduling, communications, analytics, and relationship management; and
  • our affiliates and investment vehicles.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
  • respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
  • evaluate investor interest, qualifications, preferences, and suitability for future communications;
  • administer investor relationships and communicate about funds, special purpose vehicles, portfolio companies, events, and other opportunities;
  • provide and manage access to confidential or gated materials;
  • record confidentiality acknowledgments, access events, and communications;
  • process forms, requests, and introductions;
  • coordinate subscription, accreditation, identity-verification, and investment processes with the applicable offering parties and service providers;
  • personalize communications and understand campaign effectiveness;
  • conduct analytics and improve website and form performance, where analytics are enabled;
  • detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, misuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, tax, recordkeeping, and reporting obligations;
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
  • carry out a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

We may create aggregated or de-identified information and use it for lawful business purposes. We will not attempt to re-identify information that we maintain as de-identified except as permitted by law.

3. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Access Fund affiliates and investment vehicles, including Access Fund Group LLC and entities involved in an applicable fund or special purpose vehicle.
  • Fund administrators and offering platforms, including AngelList, where needed to administer an offering, invite a prospective investor, complete accreditation or identity checks, process subscriptions, or service an investment.
  • Service providers, including providers of website hosting, cloud infrastructure, forms, document delivery, analytics, email, scheduling, security, data processing, and professional services. Current website integrations may include Google Analytics, Typeform, DocSend, YouTube, and AngelList. Sparrow CRM is an internal Access Fund system, not an external service provider.
  • Offering participants, such as a sponsor, manager, adviser, general partner, administrator, portfolio company, or co-investor associated with an opportunity you request or pursue.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, meet regulatory obligations, protect rights and safety, or prevent fraud or misuse.
  • Transaction counterparties, in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets.
  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

Third parties process information under their own terms and privacy notices where they act independently. The definitive offering documents identify the parties responsible for a particular investment.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, browser storage, pixels, and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Necessary functions: to provide secure access to gated materials, remember confidentiality status, store consent preferences, and maintain essential site functionality.
  • Form continuity: to retain an in-progress form in your browser for up to 24 hours.
  • Analytics: to understand use of public pages where cookie controls are available. Google Analytics loads only on those routes and only where measurement consent has been recorded. It does not load on gated deal rooms, invitation pages, shared documents, or focused first-party form routes. You may decline or withdraw analytics consent without losing access to the public website.
  • Recipient and document activity: to record events such as an email or document link being opened, together with associated technical information.
  • Third-party content: embedded or linked services such as Typeform, DocSend, YouTube, and AngelList may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you interact with them.

We do not use confidentiality acceptance, form submission, or accredited-investor acknowledgment as consent to optional analytics. Our Cookie Policy provides more detail and explains how to manage preferences.

5. Marketing Communications

We may send information about Access Fund, investment opportunities, portfolio developments, events, or related services when permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing email by using any unsubscribe link provided in the message or by contacting us at info@accessfund.vc.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications concerning an existing relationship, a request you made, a transaction, legal or regulatory matters, security, or changes to our terms and policies.

6. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money.

Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include certain analytics technologies. Google Analytics is optional and loads only on public routes where cookie controls are available and measurement consent has been recorded. Depending on applicable law and the configuration and operation of analytics services, some analytics disclosures may fall within those definitions. You may decline or withdraw analytics through our cookie controls or contact us about an applicable opt-out right.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain investor and business relationships, administer requests and investments, preserve access and acknowledgment records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary by the type of information and relationship. For example:

  • in-progress form drafts stored in your browser expire or are removed after approximately 24 hours or successful submission;
  • the first-party gated-access cookie expires after approximately 30 days;
  • analytics cookies have the durations described in our Cookie Policy; and
  • investor, offering, communication, and access records may be retained for the life of the relationship and afterward as reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, tax, audit, security, and recordkeeping purposes.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for longer periods.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. These measures include encrypted transmission and access controls appropriate to the nature of the information. No system or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting access links and credentials provided to you and for notifying us if you believe they have been lost, disclosed, or misused.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may:

  • decline or withdraw optional analytics through our cookie controls;
  • unsubscribe from marketing email;
  • decline to provide optional form information; and
  • contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you.

Depending on where you reside and whether an applicable law's thresholds and exceptions are met, you may have rights to:

  • know or access categories and specific pieces of personal information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete personal information;
  • obtain a portable copy of information;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and
  • appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

To submit a request, email info@accessfund.vc with the subject line "Privacy Request." Describe the request and the email address or relationship involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

These rights are not absolute. We may retain or withhold information where permitted or required by law, including for regulatory recordkeeping, fraud prevention, security, tax, legal claims, or completion of a requested transaction.

10. Additional Information for EEA, UK, and Swiss Individuals

Access Fund Management is the controller of personal information it collects through the Services unless an offering-specific notice identifies another controller. Depending on the context, we process personal information because:

  • processing is necessary to respond to your request or take steps you request before entering into a contract;
  • processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, managing investor and business relationships, evaluating interest, maintaining records, and communicating about our activities, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
  • you have given consent, such as for optional analytics or certain marketing communications; or
  • processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where the applicable law provides, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability; withdraw consent for future processing; and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. You may object to direct marketing at any time. To exercise a right, use the contact information below. We may need to verify your identity, and legal exceptions may apply.

We and our service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, including in the United States. Where required, the party responsible for a transfer will use an approved transfer mechanism or other legally permitted basis. Information may also be transferred where you explicitly request a transaction or communication that requires the transfer.

11. International Visitors

Access Fund is based in the United States, and we and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

If you are outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your participation in an investment. You may contact us about privacy rights available under the law applicable to you. Nothing in this Policy creates rights not otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Services, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or embed third-party websites and services. We do not control their privacy or security practices. Review the applicable third party's terms and privacy notice before providing information to it. A link, integration, or reference does not mean that Access Fund controls or endorses all practices of the third party.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, Services, entities, vendors, or legal obligations. The "Last updated" date on the published Policy will identify the current version. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
